In this information notice, you will find clear answers about how your personal data are collected, stored, and processed. Our notice was published on 23.05.2018 and applies to the websites www.atlassport.ro and joaca.atlassport.ro, owned by SC ATLAS SPORT SRL.
SC ATLAS SPORT SRL is a duly registered company operating in accordance with the laws of Romania, with its registered office at Str. Voinicenilor, no. 62, Târgu Mureș, registered with the Trade Register under no. J26/617/2013, having VAT ID (RO) 31806715.

ATLAS SPORT is aware of the importance of protecting information, especially information capable of identifying you as an individual (“personal information”). Therefore, when we use the term PERSONAL DATA, we refer to any data about a natural person that may lead, directly or indirectly, to the identification of that person. Regarding CONSENT, in the context of collecting and using your data and in accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, we have taken all technical measures so that you can provide this consent from the first interaction with this site, with full knowledge of the facts.
For what purpose and how do we process the data provided online, by phone, or directly by you?
Information collected
PERSONAL DATA are collected only when you voluntarily and knowingly agree to submit them to us. We undertake that on every page where we request personal information we will provide a link to this document so that you can consult it whenever necessary.
How data are collected:
- directly from you by phone when you contact us to receive a price offer, free project consultation for your project
- directly from you via the emails you send us
- directly from you via the Chat application available on the website
- via the web forms you fill in (quote request forms, sports field configuration form)
- when you request to subscribe to the newsletter
- when you browse the website through strictly necessary cookies
In addition to personal information, our systems automatically collect certain anonymous information that helps us better understand how the site is used and how we can improve our services. Such data include, but are not limited to, the IP address of the computer you use to access the site, the operating system used, the browsing software used, and the time spent on the site.
When you visit the site, your data may also be collected by third parties, such as online advertising systems. For example, Custom Audiences may be used to create Custom Audiences in the Facebook platform so that you receive relevant ads from us, only if you have given your explicit consent on the Facebook platform. First and last name
If you have provided your first and last name, we use this data to personalize phone conversations with you, as well as the emails you receive from us. Also, where applicable, we use this data to conclude the contract before starting the works for building a sports facility or playground.

If you have provided your email address, we will use it to send you the price offer you requested via the site contact form, the configurator form, or following your direct phone request. We also use your email address to inform you about our products and services, as well as the articles and resources we periodically publish on this site, containing useful, relevant, and practical information.
Phone number
If you have provided your phone number, we use this data to contact you promptly, according to our sales procedure, within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving your quote request. We aim to respond to your questions as quickly as possible and send you a clear price offer.

If you have provided the name of the company/institution you work for or manage, we use this data to personalize the emails users receive from us and to conclude third-party contracts for the construction of sports fields or playgrounds.
City/Town
If you have provided your city/town, we use this data to personalize the emails users receive from us, to schedule visits to your location, and to indicate the nearest location where you can see a project completed by the ATLAS SPORT team.
We have taken all technical measures so that you are not required to provide us with any data (everything is optional), but it is important to know that without them it is possible that certain parts of the site may not function properly, we may not be able to collaborate, or we may not be able to notify you about services in our portfolio that you may be interested in.
Purposes for which we collect and process your personal data
SC ATLAS SPORT SRL collects and processes your personal data for the following processing purposes:
- Administration, improvement, and delivery of the services provided by the atlassport.ro and joaca.atlassport.ro websites
- Advertising, marketing and publicity, activities to promote the services of SC ATLAS SPORT SRL, running promotional campaigns, sending newsletters and other materials, tracking and monitoring service sales and consumer behavior.
- After-sales activities, including customer relations services, informing users/clients regarding the evaluation of the services provided (including service reviews on websites), improving the quality of the products and services offered, performing repair interventions/replacements of products where applicable.
We do not process your personal data for secondary purposes that are incompatible with the primary purposes for which your personal data were initially collected; without your prior consent, without a legitimate interest in this regard, and without a legal basis.
Sharing of personal data
We have not sold, do not sell, and will never sell your data to third parties. We provide services based on the trust of clients and potential clients, and the security of personal data is essential in this process.

Participation in career fairs:
Considering the provisions of Law 677/2001 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as the new regulations regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement thereof – EU Regulation 2016/679, which entered into force starting on May 25, 2018, we underline the following:
1. Within this career fair, all applicants for vacant positions at Atlas Sport will receive a flyer (a mini-form that refers to this notice) in which they will be able to fill in blank fields with your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. We will process these data exclusively for the purpose of informing you about:
– Scheduling a potential job interview;
– Keeping you in our internal database so that we can subsequently inform you about vacant positions within the company for a maximum of 1 year;
By this notice, applicants acknowledge the processing of personal data and express their agreement/consent freely, expressly, and unequivocally regarding such processing, in accordance with the law and the EU Regulation mentioned in the introduction. By this notice, participants acknowledge the rights they benefit from as data subjects, namely: the right of access, the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them, the right to address the courts and the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Applicants acknowledge that, in order to exercise these rights, they may submit a written, dated, and signed request addressed to S.C. Atlas Sport S.R.L.
The fair participant—S.C. Atlas Sport S.R.L.—undertakes to take all reasonable precautionary measures to ensure security and prevent any destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or illegal or unauthorized access regarding “Personal Data”.
